Finance Administrator (m/w/d) Nederland

Brother International (Nederland) B.V., worldwide producer of Printing and Solutions, is looking for an enthusiastic colleague for the following position:


Finance Administrator (m/w/d)with growth opportunities

• Ensure correct bookkeeping, together with the Finance Manager, in accordance with legal and internal guidelines
• Monitoring the Accounts Payable policy and booking and processing invoices
• You contribute to the general and analytical bookkeeping
• Preparing and submitting VAT returns
• You help with the corporate tax return
• You participate in audits
• You help with the reconciliation of accounts
• Advising and checking managers on cost and investment budgets
• Supporting the HR department with salary administration, pension provisions and insurance
• You assist and report to the Finance Manager

• Bachelor degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
• Good communication skills and a flexible, results-oriented attitude
• Structured, independent and accurate working style
• Stress-resistant, Out-of-the-box thinking on a tactical and strategic level
• Experience with MS Office
• Experience with SAP-HANA is a plus
