Your overall responsibilities will consist of managing the relationship between our sales offices and the IT department, being a single point of contact for the IT services delivered.
Day to day duties and responsibilities will be varied and include relationship, demand and change management, as well as business engagement and analysis. A good knowledge of Jira would be advantageous.

- As the Germany, Austria, Switzerland and Central & Eastern European Business Partner, you will be the single point of contact for IT service delivery within these regions.
- You will be responsible for representing the One IT team and will build and maintain a close relationship with local management and users. Through regular engagement and by measuring SLAs and service quality this role will capture, shape and align demand, as well as highlighting areas for improvement to both business units and IT delivery teams alike.
- The role will require you to identify and facilitate areas for training to increase the digital skills of users, including delivery of training where appropriate - to improve efficiency of super users and organise events to raise awareness on key IT topics.
- As required, the Business Partner will support large European IT projects and initiatives by capturing local requirements and needs, manage local rollouts via change management and communication to ensure successful adoption in the offices of responsibility.
